He was heavily involved with daily operations throughout the Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort. He comes to Valley View from The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, where he served as the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage for the past seven years.ĭuring his time at The Resort at Pelican Hill, Maneesh led a team of 350 experienced F&B professionals. Rawat is a highly skilled professional with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry.
